ICUMSA 45 Refined White Sugar
The world's benchmark refined grade — sparkling white cane sugar at ≤45 ICUMSA units, sourced from vetted Brazilian mills and inspected on every shipment.
Overview
The benchmark refined grade
ICUMSA 45 is the highest-quality refined white sugar in international trade, graded by the International Commission for Uniform Methods of Sugar Analysis. The number is a color measurement — lower means whiter and purer — and 45 units is the standard for direct human consumption, beverage production, and food manufacturing worldwide.
Aerisus sources ICUMSA 45 from qualified refineries and integrated mills in Brazil's Center-South belt — São Paulo, Mato Grosso do Sul, and Minas Gerais — exporting primarily through the Port of Santos, the world's principal sugar terminal. Secondary origins are available when corridor economics favor them.
Every parcel is independently inspected by SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek at the port of origin, with certificates of quality, weight, origin, and analysis forming part of the documentary package.

Capabilities
Packaging & delivery formats
50kg Export Bags

Big Bags (FIBC)
1,000–1,200kg single-trip jumbo bags (5:1 safety factor) for industrial buyers — beverage bottlers, confectionery, and food manufacturers taking direct-to-silo delivery.

Production and expiry dates printed per destination-market requirements — including per-bag marking for markets such as Saudi Arabia and Egypt where customs enforce it.
Inspection Package
Certificates of quality, quantity/weight, origin, and analysis, plus phytosanitary and fumigation certificates, issued at loading by the appointed inspection agency.
